3rd Planet Excavations Vic Pty Ltd specialise in underground phone line installations for both single dwellings and multi-unit developments across North-Western and Bendigo areas.

3rd Planet Excavations is a family owned and run business that was established in 2003 by Peter Dickson, and subsequently transferred to Mick Skinner.

Mick worked alongside Pete for over 15 years and continues to run the business with an equal level of enthusiasm, dedication and premium quality. Mick is a registered cabler and holds a NBN pre-installer pit and pipe accreditation. He is a licensed plant operator and is educated in traffic management, safety awareness and First Aid.

Leanne has worked in the Construction Industry for over 8 years and brings a wealth of administrative and project management knowledge. Leanne manages our office and ensures our policies and procedures, insurances and everything ‘admin’ is kept up to date.

Jacob is our newest member onsite and Micks right hand man. Jacob is a qualified excavator operator and holds a Diploma in Business and is learning the specifics of the industry.

We pride ourselves on the quality of work we deliver both onsite and through our office communication. Our experienced team have the ability to tailor pit and pipe installations to meet your specific project needs, ensuring all installations adhere to the industry standards. We are an approved Telstra contractor, registered cabler with TITAB, NBN pre-installer, have Pit and pipe accreditation and a member of HIA.
